Maurice Donikin El is a dedicated Environmental, Health, and Safety professional who approaches his work as both a calling and a commitment to the well-being of others. With over eight years of experience in safety leadership, Maurice has consistently worked to ensure that every worker returns home safely, every day. His work is rooted in integrity, stewardship, and the belief that protecting lives is a sacred responsibility.

Maurice has led efforts in developing comprehensive safety programs, conducting root cause investigations, and fostering a safety-first culture on complex construction sites. He works closely with teams and regulatory agencies to uphold the highest standards of compliance while promoting personal accountability and teamwork. His approach is both professional and personal, recognizing that each policy and training session impacts real people and families.

He holds certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals—including the CHST and CSP—and is also an OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer. Maurice’s educational foundation includes a B.S. in Legal Studies from Purdue University Global, and he continues to build upon his knowledge with specialized training in leadership, emergency response, and technical instruction.
